Another happy transformation! 🎨

A local strata company on the Central Coast reached out to us to refresh this main entry wall to their car park.

While it was a relatively small job for us, it was an important one for the committee. The entrance is the first thing residents and visitors see, and the existing wall had become stained with dirty runoff marks that made the whole area look tired. The light colour wasn't doing the building any favours either.

Our job was to thoroughly wash the surface, prepare it properly, and apply a fresh coat of paint. The result? A clean, fresh, and welcoming entrance that completely changes the first impression of the property.

Rainy weather hasn't slowed us down on this exterior transformation.

With thorough preparation work completed, our team has remained productive by focusing on the undercover areas, including spraying the eaves and soffits while carefully protecting the newly installed powder-coated gutters and fascia boards.

The new colour selection will create a dramatic change from the existing scheme, completely refreshing the home's appearance.

Nothing compares to commencing a new job and witnessing the place fall apart before your eyes 😆
One must appreciate the charm of heritage homes, as this property approaches its centennial anniversary.
This project will undoubtedly be demanding with lots of preparation. Watch this space with completion anticipated next week.
