A good quality and well thought out drainage system may be out of sight, but it makes a huge difference when it comes to protecting your lawn, garden and property 🏡

When water wasn’t draining effectively across this lawn, we investigated the existing drainage and identified a combination of problems leading to this issue.

To improve the drainage, we:
💧 Removed and disposed of the clay and sand from the drainage trench
💧 Installed a subsurface agricultural drain
💧 Connected the new drain to the existing stormwater system
💧 Repaired a split irrigation line that we also found at the affected corner
💧 Reinstated the drainage trench with new loam to restore the lawn area

We also provided the customer with recommendations to help reduce the likelihood of the drainage issue occurring again in the future.

Another day, one less leaky roof leak in Bridgewater 🏡💧

We attended this property to identify and repair a roof leak. We replaced the damaged roof tile with a new one to help restore the roof’s integrity and keep the weather outside where it belongs!

Roof leaks can start small but quickly lead to bigger problems if left unattended. Addressing the issue early can help prevent further water damage and keep your home protected 👏🏻

We recently completed some plumbing works for a landscaping project with AHLG in Aldinga. We installed a dedicated water line for an irrigation system along with capping off an old, unused tap.

This was a simple but practical upgrade to ensure the irrigation system has the supply it needs, while tidying up redundant plumbing around the property.

Another job completed with a focus on functionality, reliability and a neat finish 🔧
