Most of the landscaping at Redan Lane was designed to look like it's been there for decades.

Sandstone retaining walls following the natural fall of the site. Advanced palms craned into planters built into the slab edges. Three levels of planting wrapping around the building and framing the outlook toward Balmoral.

None of it was an afterthought.

The planting pockets, drainage, waterproofing, and soil volumes were resolved in the structural drawings, months before a single tree went in.

You can't just dig a hole under a heritage building.

At The Huntington in Cremorne, we're excavating new basement levels beneath a 1937 heritage-listed structure. The building above needs to stay exactly where it is, so every stage is sequenced, inspected, and signed off before we move to the next.

It's the kind of work nobody will ever see when it's finished.

For us, it's some of the most interesting work we do.

The scaffold is down at Mariposa.

A 1930s art-deco building on Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach.

Heritage facade retained and restored, with boutique apartments built behind it. The brass geometric entry doors, terrazzo steps, and restored rendered detailing are the details that make this one special.

At Tamarama, the structure of these four-level terraces is now fully up, rising from a tight coastal site.

The team is finishing the last of the structural steel that will carry a very unique roof design.

The existing heritage façades along Botany Road are being retained and carefully worked into a new building behind them.
