Water leak at a factory complex.
I was initially engaged to investigate a loss in water pressure to all tenancies. After some tests I concluded they had a water leak. As it was on the supply side we handed back over to the water company, but in this case, they handed responsibility back to the customer. A few days later, the water started showing up through the concrete. I then undertook the task to locate to leak so the plumbers could action it.
After thorough investigation and a lot of compressed air, the 3rd photo shows my assumption as to the point of the leak.
