🔥 Diamond Ground the Concrete Subfloor to Remove the Tile Adhesive, Brick Mortar, and Other Contaminants that may impede the Bonding of the 5mm Flood Coat

🔥 Supplied and Applied a Moisture Resistant Silicone to the Settlement Cracks

🔥 Supplied and Applied a 5mm Flood Coat to the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Supplied and Installed EziTrim Plus Splayed 90 x 18 Skirting to the Walls

🔥 Supplied and Installed Naturale Blackbutt 5mm Vinyl Plank; laid Direct Stick to the 5mm Flood Coat

🔥 Installed Blackbutt Universal Top Covers to the Tiles

🔥Supplied and Applied Uzin NC 168 Flexible Compound

🔥Supplied and Applied Pallman P104 Vapour Moisture Barrier

🔥Supplied and Installed Solid Jarrah 80 x 19 Standard and Better Grade; laid Direct Stick to the Concrete Subfloor using Aftek MS Flexible Adhesive and Galvanised Nails

🔥Spot Filled, Sanded and Sealed with 1 x Coat of Enviropro Alcohol-Based Sealer and 2 x Coats of Enviropro 2Pack Matt

🔥Supplied and Installed MDF Lambs Tongue 92 x 18 Skirting to the Walls, and Prefinished Solid Jarrah Splaybead to the Balustrade Base and Frames

🔥 Pulled Up the Existing Bamboo and Tiles

🔥 Diamond Grind the Concrete Subfloor to Remove the Bamboo and Tile Adhesive + Other Contaminants that may have impeded the bonding of the Levelling Compound to the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Supplied and Applied Cemimax DL55 to the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Rotary Sanded the Cemimax DL55 once dry, checked, and topped up as required

🔥 Rotary Sanded the Topped Up Cemimax DL55

🔥 Supplied and Install an 18mm MDF Stringer to the Staircase

🔥 Supplied and Installed Plywood to Pack Out the MDF Staircase Riser to meet the MDF Bullnose; creating a squared step ready for Installation

🔥 Supplied and Installed Custom Made Rustic Blackbutt 7mm Hybrid Plank Nosings to the Steps, and Rustic Blackbutt 7mm Hybrid Plank to the Risers

🔥 Supplied and Installed Impact Resistant 200um Builders Plastic; laid Floating over the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Supplied and Installed Rustic Blackbutt 7mm Hybrid Plank; laid Floating over the Impact Resistant 200um Builders Plastic

🔥 Supplied and Installed MDF Rustic Blackbutt to the First Step Riser and Kitchen Cabinetry

🔥 Supplied and Installed Rustic Blackbutt Universal Top Covers to the Tiles, and Rustic Blackbutt Multi-Angles to the Front Door Frame, Shoppers Entry Door Frame, Sliding Door Frames, and the Ground Level Window Frames

The Project is now ready for the Client to Install their New Skirting and undertake Painting Works 🙌
