🔥 Supplied and Installed Big River Raw Engineered Oak 190 x 14 / 4mm Veneer; laid Direct Stick using Aftek MS Flexible Adhesive and Top Nailed with Galvanised Nails

🔥 Spot Filled, Sanded and Sealed with 1 x Coat of Bona Classic UX Sealer and 2 x Coats of Traffic HD Raw Waterbase Floorseal

🔥 Supplied and Installed EziTrim Plus Splayed 90 x 18 Skirting to the Walls

🔥 Supplied and Installed Solid American White Oak Splaybead to the Front Door, Sliding Doors, Kitchen Cabinetry, and Linen Base Frames

🔥 Supplied and Installed 12mm Plywood to the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Supplied and Applied Self-Levelling Compound to the Existing Tiles

🔥 Rotary Sanding of the Self-Levelling Compound and Plywood to Smooth Out

🔥 Supplied and Installed 200um Builders Plastic; laid Floating over the Self-Levelling Compound

🔥 Applied a Moisture Resistant Silicone to the Large Settlement Cracks in the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Installed Square Dressed 92 x 18 Skirting to the Walls

🔥 Applied a Feather Coat to the Concrete Subfloor

🔥 Installed MDF to the Staircase Risers and Applied Self-Levelling Compound to the Staircase Treads

🔥 Installed Custom Made Marl Shale Plus 4.5mm Commercial Grade Vinyl Nosings to the Nosings, and Marl Shale Plus 4.5mm Commercial Grade Vinyl Plank to the Treads and Risers

🔥 Installed Marl Shale Plus 4.5mm Commercial Grade Vinyl Plank to the Ground Floor and First Floor Landing - cut tight to the Skirting, Cabinetry, Floor Wastes, and with Screed Ramps to the Tiles and Leg Offs to the Carpet
