The largest shed you can have without shire approval is our 3.07 x 3.73 x 2.25H fully framed Workshop or Garden Shed 3.07 x 3.73 x2.03H which both have 9.98 sm of floor space.
In WA you can have up to 10sm of floor space without a permit.
We can supply only or install & include the floor as well where we dynabolt it down & silicone the base rail to the floor.
