ToyYard is a highly secure and conveniently located storage facility for caravans, boats and all sorts of "big boys toys". We are located in Port Kennedy and our storage facility provides easy access to all the boat ramps between Fremantle and Mandurah. or highways and freeways heading to the South Western areas of the state. We store boats, camper/trailers, cars, caravans, shipping containers, trailers and horse floats. Some of our customers are FIFO workers who don't want to leave their valuable "toys" unsecured while they are away. Others leave their work tool vehicles with us overnight for safekeeping. Our yard is highly secure, with 7 LED yard lights that are motion sensitive, 5 colour CCTV cameras, a 7 x 24 back to base monitoring service , regular drive past controls, intrusion detections technology and a computer controlled access system that provides anytime access by prior arrangement. We have an onsite wash-down bay, a sullage tip out point for our caravanning customers, as well as power bollards and water taps located all around the yard. Our storage rates start at about $5 per day and are based on the length of your "toy", how long you want to leave it with us and how many "toys" you want us to store. We also offer powered sites for a surcharge, although occasional use of our power for trickle charging is included in our charges. For some of our customers, we have also provided weather proof covers for a surcharge but the majority of them have their own covers and choose to use them. We offer a range of valet services, ranging from pre-trip preparations, post trip cleanups and detailing. If required, we will pick up and deliver your "toy" to and/or from anywhere in Perth, and as well, will take your boat to any ramp that you would like us to. We provide these services at additional charges. We also have good contacts in the Port Kennedy Business Park with other providers of electrical, mechanical and other boat/car/caravan/trailer services. Our Port Kennedy facility is now fully operational and over half full.
