Winter is coming. Time to inspect your gutters and make sure they aren't clogged with debris. Also if your patio skylights are looking worse for wear avoid winter leaks by replacing them now.

Don't forget people that Mark fixes patios and replaces skylights in patios. They degrade over time. The skylights become brittle and are best replaced before winter.
