From Victoria to the Wild West… and now, officially home 🥳❤💙🐻

A very special congratulations to Hayden and Connie on the handover of their beautiful new home in Dalyellup Beach.

After making the move west for a fresh start, they worked alongside Trevor and our South West team to bring their dream rural home to life, a large custom design inspired by our much-loved Nu Arte home design.

Set on a half-acre lot near the beach, their home is all about space, light and relaxed living, complete with soaring raked ceilings and a front verandah overlooking open pastures.

And of course, no Shelford handover is complete without a very important addition… Connie’s very own Shelford teddy

Hayden and Connie, we are so happy for you both and wish you all the very best as you settle into this exciting new chapter.

Congratulations to Michael on the handover of his beautiful new home in Alkimos, and yes, even the Shelford teddy made an appearance for the big moment.

After discovering Shelford through our website, Michael worked alongside George to create a home perfectly suited to his 7.5m wide terrace block, proving great design really can make the most of every metre.

Inspired by a design many of us still remember fondly, this home was once known as the Terrace display and is now part of our Ultimate Range as the Artiste.

And honestly? It’s still one of our favourites.

From the clever layout to the standout kitchen and scullery area, this design packs a serious punch and shows just how beautiful narrow lot living can be.

Some blocks need a little creativity… and that’s where great design begins 🫶🔑🐻❤💙

Congratulations to Jessica and Mathew on the handover of their beautiful new home.

After first meeting Ian at one of our display homes, they began the journey of creating a home that felt just right for them, inspired by the Wright House design and thoughtfully tailored to suit their unique block.

With a 12.9m wide frontage that tapers out to the side, the design needed to work with the shape of the land while still delivering the lifestyle they envisioned. The result? A stunning shaped layout that flows beautifully and makes the absolute most of the space.

Along the way, they added their own personal touches too, including a theatre to the front of the home, along with tweaks to the master bedroom and ensuite to better suit the way they live.

It’s always special seeing a design evolve into something uniquely personal.

Building a home from another state takes a lot of trust 🔑🥳❤🐻

Congratulations to Kamal and Navjot on the handover of their beautiful new home in Southern River, inspired by our much-loved Carina design.

While currently living in Sydney, they placed their trust in Richie and the Shelford team to help bring their vision to life here in WA, making the journey across states feel that little bit easier.

From flying over for Pre-Start selections, to spending time together visiting suppliers and making design choices, every step was about creating a home they could look forward to for years to come.

For now, the home will be rented while they prepare for their future move to Perth, an exciting new chapter ahead ❤💙

What makes this story even more special is the friendships and connections formed along the way, with family and friends now also beginning their own building journeys with Richie and the team.
