We went LOUD.. And Wow we’re still going!!

What. A. Day!!

We’re exhausted but we’re still going for the kids!

The Shelford team turned up the colour, the fun and the volume for all to raise funds and awareness for the incredible work of Telethon7 Perth and TSH

As of 5.23pm today we’ve raised an incredible $72,250!!!

To our staff, friends of Shelford, suppliers, industry partners, clients and everyone who donated, contributed prizes or helped make today possible- Thank you! This is what coming together for a great cause is all about.

But we’re not done. Our sights are $80,000

is back at Shelford on Friday, 16 October, and if you know us, you know we don’t do this one quietly!

Every year, the Shelford team pulls out our loudest and brightest outfits and comes together to raise funds for Telethon and TSH a cause that means so much to us.

Behind all the colour, crazy shirts and fun is something incredibly important 💜💜

Funds raised through Loud Shirt Day help TSH provide life changing services including audiology, speech therapy, early intervention and family support for children with hearing loss and their families.

And this year, we’re aiming BIG. Our goal is to raise $80,000 +

We need your help to get there.

It started with The Beach House… and became completely theirs.

A huge congratulations to Anique & Fred and their beautiful family on receiving the keys to their new home!

They fell in love with our Beach House display home, but rather than simply recreating it, they took the design and made it work for the way their family wanted to live.

And the result is something pretty special.

Beautiful skylights bring natural light into the heart of the home, while the raking ceilings through the family and dining area create that incredible sense of space before the home opens out to the alfresco.

It's exactly what we love about seeing someone inspired by one of our designs, taking the parts they love and then shaping them into a home that's completely their own.

From a display home that sparked an idea to a home created specifically for their family. ❤️

Congratulations Anique & Fred. We wish you and the kids so much happiness as you settle in and make this beautiful home yours.

And judging by the photo, we think the Shelford Ted has already found its new owner too. 🧸🥰

Proof that a smaller block doesn't have to mean giving up the spaces you love. 🐻❤️

Congratulations to Jayamaha & Sujith, who have officially received the keys to their beautiful new home in Ashfield! 🔑

Starting with our Bombay design from the Winning Range, they worked with their Sales Consultant Rob and our team to tweak the design and make the most of their block.

And there's a lot packed into this home.

Along with three bedrooms and open-plan family and dining, they've kept a separate theatre at the front of the home, giving them another living space now, with the flexibility to use it differently as their family's needs change.

They've also been clever with storage, incorporating multiple linen cupboards, built-in robes and a walk-in robe, because sometimes it's those practical details that make the biggest difference to everyday living.

It's another great example of why a home design doesn't have to be one size fits all. Start with something you love, then shape it around your block and the way you want to live.

Oh Matilda… look at you coming together 🥰

There’s something pretty special about watching a display home transform in those final few days before opening.

The furniture is going in, the styling is taking shape, the finishing touches are happening and suddenly all those plans, selections and ideas are becoming Matilda ❤️❤️

And we have to say… she’s looking pretty amazing.

We’re taking you behind the scenes all week as we count down to opening day.

Our brand new modern federation display home is almost ready to open its doors, and this week we’re taking you behind the scenes as all this final details start coming together.

The furniture is arriving.
The styling is happening.
The finishing touches are going in.

And yes… there’s still plenty happening behind the camera.

We’ll be sharing a little more of The Matilda this week as we count down to opening weekend.

From inspiration to THEIR home. 🫶

A big congratulations to Yasteel & Nevani, who recently collected the keys to their beautiful new home in Piara Waters!

Their journey started with our Freelancer home design but rather than simply building it as it was, they worked with their Sales Consultant George and our team to tweak the design and make it work for the way they wanted to live.

And that's something we love seeing.

Because sometimes you find a home design that's almost right. The layout works, you love the feel of it, but there are a few things you'd do differently.

That's where making it yours comes in.

Their finished home includes three bedrooms, a theatre, IT nook, walk-in pantry, spacious family and dining area and alfresco, all brought together in a layout designed specifically for their block in Piara Waters.

And now, after seeing it first on paper and then watching it come to life, it's officially home.

Congratulations Yasteel & Nevani. We hope you're settling in beautifully and enjoying that wonderful feeling of finally having the keys in your hands.

FIRST HOME. FIRST SET OF KEYS. ❤️💙🥳🔑🐻

Friday was a pretty special one at our Shelford South West office in Bunbury, when Aaron & Christine came in to collect the keys to their very first home.

They've built our Carina Winning in Waroona, and after watching their new home come to life, the moment they'd been waiting for finally arrived, handover day!

There were plenty of smiles on handover day, but we have to say, seeing how excited Christine was to finally receive her very own Shelford Ted was definitely one of our favourite moments!

Their lovely feedback after handover made the occasion even better:

“Thank you Shelford for making this such a wonderful experience for us both.” ❤️💙

Aaron & Christine worked with their Sales Consultant Ian, and it's been an absolute pleasure seeing their first-home journey reach this point.

We hope that first weekend in your new home was everything you'd been waiting for, and that you're already starting to make it yours.
