On the drawing board...

Humble small-scale holiday residence with a punch 👊 A modest 3 bed beach shack with an accentuated connection to the grassed streetscape, including a cafe style kitchen and outdoor park-like seating. The well positioned kitchen windows allow surveillance of the street and the slimmest of sea views. A hidden entry could double up as a sneaky deck on warm days. Ideas of a murial and colourful outdoor shades to provide identity.
