Happy 2025! Hope everyone has had a great break.

DW Building Design are looking forward to helping clients with designing their dream building projects this year.

We specialise in new homes, additions and renovations to existing homes, commercial and industrial projects and small projects like decks, carports and sheds.

Becoming a small business owner has been an exciting challenge. A little about where I come from. I have been a Building Designer and Draftsman for over 34 years in Rockhampton where I honed my building design skills at Rufus Design Group. Rufus Design Group have been a leading CQ Building Design business for many years and I really appreciate the wealth of knowledge and experience I gained over those years. I recently received the below achievement plaque from Rufus Design Group for my contribution to the business.

I look forward to passing my design skills onto my clients through designing their projects with the best possible outcomes that are fit for purpose and on budget.

I would like to thank all my clients, builders, consultants and friends for their support during my first 6 months in business. I look forward to working with you all again in 2025.

New house in Wandal is now completed. This 3 level home following the slope of the land has been quality built by Kingfisher Homes and was handed over to the owners yesterday. I am happy to have been involved in the design of this beautiful home. Jacob from Kingfisher Homes kindly invited me for a final tour yesterday. The attention to the finishing touches by Jacob's team was outstanding.
