Pioneer Drive Industrial Development | Integrated Project Delivery

After months of work, MOLONEYS has officially closed out our scope at the 11-unit industrial development in Boyne Island! 👏

This project brought our Consulting Engineering and Civil Construction teams together across:
• Structural engineering and documentation for the proposed industrial buildings
• Tender and contract administration
• Construction inspections and certification
• Bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage and the site access driveway

There's a lot to be proud of here, from the technical work behind the project to what our civil crew delivered on site.

Seeing both teams carry their work through to completion makes this one especially rewarding.

4-Lot Residential Subdivision | Boyne Island

Our MOLONEYS Civil Construction team has reached a key milestone at Jeana Close in Boyne Island, successfully completing the earthworks and stormwater infrastructure.

Behind the works on site, our MOLONEYS Consulting Engineering team delivered the subdivision design along with the stormwater, sewer, water and retaining wall solutions that formed the foundation of the project.

Following the successful delivery of the initial civil works, we're proud to continue our involvement after being awarded the sewer construction package for the next phase of the development. This is a significant achievement for our team and reflects the confidence our client has placed in the quality of work delivered.

Earthworks are now well underway on site in Gracemere, QLD.

MOLONEYS Civil Construction (SIX8 Australia) is delivering the civil works package for the future AusProof industrial development, preparing the site for three new warehouses within the Gracemere industrial precinct.

This project highlights our integrated project delivery capability, with MOLONEYS Consulting Engineering providing civil engineering services from Material Change of Use (MCU) application through to detailed design and Operational Works (OPW) approvals, allowing the project to transition seamlessly into construction and delivery.

The construction works include bulk earthworks, stormwater infrastructure, underground services, site access construction and associated civil infrastructure. Our crew is currently carrying out grading, moisture conditioning and material haulage across the site, with gravel scheduled to arrive this week as works continue to progress on schedule.
