🚧 PRECISION LIFT AT BOULDER CREEK WIND FARM 🚧

Big gear, tight tolerances and a job that had to be done right.

The CQ Crane Hire team recently completed the lift and placement of this substation at Boulder Creek Wind Farm — requiring careful planning, precision rigging and great communication from start to finish.

The substation was lifted smoothly into position and landed perfectly on the prepared structure. 👌🏗️

And just a little cheeky reminder… 😉
When the last supplier couldn’t perform, they called CQ Cranes. 💪

A massive effort from our crane crew, riggers and everyone involved on site. This is what happens when you have the right people, the right equipment and a team that knows how to get the job done.

Proudly locally owned and operated in Central Queensland.

💛CQ CRANES — WE LIFT CQ.

$30,000 raised. Three years backing the cause. That does NOT go unnoticed. 👏

Massive shout out to Mick and Daz from CQ Crane Hire our Platinum Sponsors for this year’s charity golf day.

Since day one, these blokes have continued to show up, back our movement, and help us make a real impact in the community.

Between sponsorships and auction items alone through our golf events over 3 years, they’ve helped raise an incredible $30,000 for Walk ‘n’ Talk over the past 3 years.

They spend their days lifting steel… but more importantly, they help us lift people up too.
Legends.

Appreciate you boys always backing what we do.

After copping defeat last year, the boys are back hungry to take the crown in 2026.

We don’t sponsor great causes for recognition, but we’re incredibly proud to support the team at Walk ‘n’ Talk and the important work they do in our community.

To see that our contribution over the past three years has helped raise $30,000 is something we’re genuinely proud of. Every dollar raised helps make a difference, and we’re grateful to play a small part in that journey.

A huge credit goes to everyone involved in organising these events, the sponsors, auction donors, players and supporters who continue to get behind such an important cause.

We’re looking forward to another great charity golf day in 2026. After falling just short last year, the CQ Crane Hire team will be coming back bigger, better and ready to have another crack at the title. ⛳
