💛 R U OK? Day

A simple question can make a big difference. Today, take a moment to check in with the people around you — ask, listen, and let them know you’re there.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just being there can mean a lot.

WE ARE HIRING!!!

Good money • Consistent work • Modern gear • Good crew

TRM is growing, and we’re looking for more good people to join the team across Central Queensland.

We’re after people with a CAN-DO attitude who are keen to work, want consistent hours and take pride in doing a good job.

We’re currently looking for:
• Construction Workers
• Supervisors

At TRM, we keep things simple — good crew, good work and good gear.

You can expect consistent work, well-planned jobs, modern and well-maintained equipment, and organised sites.

If you’re practical, switched on, enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting stuck into the job, we’d like to hear from you.

Send us a message or email [email protected]

If you believe, you’d be a good fit, get in touch.

Great to be part of the Connecting Industry Luncheon in Gladstone this week with BMD Group sharing some great insights.

For TRM, events like this are about more than just the presentations. They’re about getting out from behind the screen, meeting people face-to-face and continuing to build strong relationships across our industry.

It’s easy to communicate through emails, phone calls and Teams meetings, but there’s real value in sitting down with people, having a conversation and getting to know the people behind the business. Those face-to-face connections help build the trust and understanding that make working together stronger.

Thanks to everyone involved in organising a great luncheon and to those who took the time to catch up on the day.

Good projects start with good relationships. 🤝

August is Tradies National Health Month, encouraging tradies to take care of both their physical and mental wellbeing. A simple check-in with a mate can make a real difference.

At TRM Fencing, we're proud to support initiatives that strengthen our industry—because strong fences are built by strong, healthy teams.

Take care of yourselves, look out for your mates, and don't be afraid to start a conversation. 💙👷‍♂️

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Pumba, and his positive attitude and commitment certainly don't go unnoticed.
