🏠 LOOK HOW FAR WE’VE COME! 👀🔨

From a slab on the ground to a two-Storey structure with the roof trusses now complete — this Gold Coast home is really starting to look like a home!

From floor joists and structural flooring to upper-level wall framing and roof trusses, the structural skeleton is coming together piece by piece.

Now we can really see the roofline, room heights and overall footprint taking shape — and we’re loving it! 🔨

A big shoutout to our carpenters who have been putting in the hard yards to get this structure standing tall. The precision, set-out and attention to detail at framing stage make all the difference as we move into the next phase.

🏗️ We’re Going UP! ⬆️🏡

Things are getting a little taller on our Gold Coast build! 😍

The upper wall frames are going up, and suddenly we can really start to see this home’s personality taking shape. What was once a slab and a pile of timber is quickly turning into a two-storey home!

🔨 Big shoutout to our awesome carpenters who are making it happen — one frame at a time.

It’s pretty exciting watching this one come together, and we’re only getting started!

🏗️ MILESTONE MOMENT | OUR FIRST SUSPENDED SLAB! 🏘️

A very exciting milestone for the Transpire Constructions team — our first suspended slab is underway! 🙌

🏗️ Floor Structure Taking Shape | Gold Coast

The lower-level framing is progressing nicely, with the wall frames and joist system now in place and the team moving into the next stage of the build.

The flooring is now being laid over the joists, creating the platform for the upper-level construction to continue. With the structural framing coming together, we're starting to see the building footprint and internal layout really take shape.

From wall frames → joists → flooring, each stage provides the foundation for the next.

A big shoutout to our amazing carpentry team for the quality workmanship on site. 🔨 Their skill and attention to detail are what bring the plans off the page and into reality.
