Finished school or looking to start a trade? We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to join our Bathurst team as a Cabinet Making Apprentice.

No previous experience required. We care more about your attitude, reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn. You’ll receive hands-on training while working towards your Certificate III in Cabinet Making.

You’ll learn how to manufacture and assemble wardrobes and other products, read measurements and job information, and operate equipment including a beam saw, Biesse CNC drilling machine and edgebander. You’ll also gain experience working with different materials, checking finished-product quality and preparing jobs for installation and transport.

You’ll suit us if you:

✅ enjoy practical, hands-on work and making things
✅ notice detail and care about doing a job properly
✅ ask questions when you’re unsure instead of guessing
✅ get on well with a small team
✅ are interested in learning how tools, machinery and production processes work

NO TRADE QUALIFICATION REQUIRED. We care more about mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail and being willing to learn.

The work includes a beam saw, Biesse CNC drilling machine, edgebander, assembly, aluminium, mirrors/glass, quality checking and packing.

You'll suit us if you:
