✨ What’s on offer
- Guaranteed 9–12 month package (negotiable) — A$120,000 p.a. pro‑rata (equivalent to A$60,000 for 6 months) + KPI bonus pool.
- Hourly range A$60–80/hr (negotiable) + bonuses.
- Use of company plumbing vehicle, trailers and excavators. 🚐🛠️
- Option to park your caravan onsite or stay in our town property (negotiated lease). 🏕️🏡
- Full admin support from our "Super- Admin" Shelley — we’ve got your back. 🙌
- Possible additional in‑store work for a partner/couple — ask for details. 👥
🔥 You’ll own it
- Run all plumbing jobs, quoting, invoicing and client relationships.
- Manage Ventia (schools, police, government) and local contracts. 🏫🚓🏛️
- Lead the on‑site team and ensure quality, safety and tidy sites.
- Weekly job logs + monthly KPI report to Shelley.
📊 KPIs — simple, measurable, paid
- Job Profitability: target a min gross margin (bonuses for above target). 💰
- Weekly Billable Hours: target 30–38 billable hrs/week. ⏱️
- Customer Satisfaction: target ≥85% from post‑job surveys. ⭐
