Finished up on a commercial renovation for a psychologist practice recently, full re-cabling for all lights, separate lighting for each consulting room with dimmable Led pannel lights. With walls being moved and added we also installed new power and data points throughout, this all including a full protected Switchboard which was updated to Australian standards.

As the future moves forward, with Gas gradually been eliminated and Electric Hot Water, Electric Cooktops, Heating & Cooling systems being installed, and with people choosing to buy Electric Vehicles, quite alot of houses cannot support the Electrical demand that is required for all these high loads..

The photos are an example of many jobs we are booking at the moment, upgrading mains fuse box and pole, Incoming mains cable (this install went from 6mm² cable to 25mm² cable) new meter box & 2 teir switchboard enclosure with full RCBO protection, this also a new incorporates Solar & battery system through VEU Rebates, and finally two 32A Ev charging isolators for quick charging.

Many thanks to the guys at Middy's Electrical the Linesmans, my Electrical Inspector (who dose the mandatory testing for safety certificate sign-offs & my other guy Tom for helping bringing it all together serving our customers.

Looking forward to doing another upgrade this comming week!

Customers usually take the time to find an appealing hanging pendant light for their home, and they chose well with this beautiful ash wood pendant light! (Before & after shots) laser levelled and patched existing batten holes.

And we get asked all the time, Yes we also wall mount Led TV's, all sizes (installing free to air aerial & data cables) **all cables hidden for that perfect presentation.

Finished up on a customers renovation today, all new Led Lighting upgrade throughout the house, upgrading all new fresh white power points and switches also throughout.

The new kitchen came up amazing! Splashback & paint to follow, All underbench led lighting, perfectly measured roof leds admitting ample light yet limiting the casting of unnecessary shadows over the beaches, which is very important to create a safe practical kitchen work space, also was chosen 3 surface mounted round downlights spaced accordingly to fully light up the new island bench.

Cold mornings🥶 are even worse when you're out of the shower..we're doing quite alot of Heat/light/fans over the past month! This job like many requires the tiles to be cut for the switch & running all cabling from switch to the unit, which is centered right where you stand, the room heats perfectly and quickly.

The importance of having old cabling checked and rectified is paramount! This photo shows the deterioration of the original black rubber Vr cabling crumbling away, the electric conductor is exposed..this is indeed a self starting campfire inside the roof waiting to ignite, anyone going inside this roof to do maintenance is a death sentence.

Today the MRB team removed plaster ceiling roses, replaced with black metal pendant feature lights, accompanied by perfectly measured 10W LED downlights throughout the home.

Our customers were very happy to dramatically improve all their lighting today, form the dull, hard to see lighting they were previously used to for many years.
