The architectural vision in Abassia House is finally taking shape in the real world. The fashionable contrast of the black and white geometric upper level reveals the juxtapositions of the modern forms and the organic vegetation surrounding.

Taking inspiration from the native Yellow Dollar Gum tree, our latest design for this proposed multi-residential development is conceived with seamlessly blend the built environment with the natural one.

Our vision is to enrich the local neighborhood through an augmented landscape that breathes life into both the architecture and the Build-to-Rent community it supports. The facade’s warm, textured vertical elements echo the rhythm of the surrounding gums, reflecting our commitment to context driven design.

Stay tuned for further development as this vision comes to life.

Highly satisfying to see the crisp junctions in the facade system in Flemington Hotel, especially the integration of the operable awning windows in a minimalistic setup while natural ventilation breezes through without interrupting the geometric purity of the exterior.

On site today at the Flemington Hotel for the staged defecting walkthrough. We’re in the final stages of quality control, making sure every junction, finish, and fixture aligns perfectly with our original design intent before handover.

Strabane Residences

Where tactile warmth meets sculptural design.

The open plan living spaces are grounded by rich timber floors and warm wood cabinetry, seamlessly illuminated by expansive slimline full height glass that draws the outside in.

At the heart of the kitchen, a striking marble island with a sweeping curved profile softens the space, perfectly echoing the organic flow of the home‘s iconic plaster spiral staircase just beyond.

Contrasting black architectural accents from the striking linear pendant lighting to the geometric coffee table, create a sophisticated visual rhythm throughout the dining and living areas. Whether gathering around the fluted timber dining table or relaxing among the curated, layered textures of the lounge, the interior provides a masterclass in balanced, contemporary living.

Strabane Residences

Where striking geometry meets sweeping curves.

The exterior presents a bold architectural silhouette, defined by the dynamic interplay of intersecting forms. A prominent, monolithic vertical fin anchors the design, contrasting flawlessly with the smooth, sweeping curvature of the upper facade. Bathed in natural daylight, the quiet, textured render creates a subtle canvas for the changing shadows throughout the day.

Adding depth and a sharp, contemporary edge are the deep, ribbed canopies. These dark architectural eaves provide essential shading while grounding the light, sculptural forms above. Framed beautifully by the surrounding established greenery, the facade stands as a testament to balanced, monumental design.

A massive thank you to the incredible team who brought this masterpiece together.

Strabane Residences

Where sweeping curves meet quiet textures.

At the heart of the home is a striking spiral staircase that acts as a true architectural statement piece. Bathed in natural light from the expansive glass walls, its seamless, monolithic white plaster structure contrasts flawlessly with the rich, warm timber treads.

Whether transitioning smoothly into the curving balustrade of the upper-level workspace, or viewed from above as a captivating nautilus shell, it stands as both a functional connector and a work of sculptural art.

A massive thank you to the incredible team who brought this masterpiece together.

PWA’s latest innovation has landed in Milton, QLD — a 25-storey Build-to-Rent tower that pushes modular construction to new heights. Manufactured offsite and assembled with precision on site, this project shows how prefabrication can deliver speed and consistency at a scale rarely attempted for high-rise BTR in Australia.

But modular doesn’t mean compromise on design. Three interlocking volumes rise from a landscaped podium, each with a distinct identity — from sleek glazed panels to a warm, textured facade — proving that offsite construction can still deliver architectural ambition and visual richness at scale.

Faster builds. Fewer delays. No shortcuts on design.
