Following on from yesterday’s job, here’s a look at the finished result!

The Master Leak Detective team installed an impressive 160 metres of copper line throughout the building as part of the solution to bypass the affected fire service line.

Another job update from Master Leak Detective!

This customer had been dealing with an issue with their fire service line for years, knowing there was a burst somewhere beneath the slab in the fridge and freezer areas.

The result? A massive 11,520 litres of water being lost every single day. 😳

Using our leak detection processes and methods, Andrew and the team were able to not only locate the leak, but also come up with a non-invasive solution to bypass 4 out of the 12 hose reels.

What followed turned into a massive job, with 160 metres of copper line run into the building and down to the hose reels to get the job sorted. 👏

Friday night took an unexpected turn when we were called out to a property that had suddenly lost water pressure.

Using our advanced leak detection methods, Andrew and the team quickly determined the issue was a burst on the fire service line and accurately pinpointed the location of the leak.

This customer had recently installed a new heat pump hot water system but was still left without any hot water.
After carrying out our leak detection process, Andrew and the team discovered the real issue wasn’t the heat pump at all—it was a hidden hot water leak beneath the side path.

Our equipment pinpointed a leak on the hot water line losing 1.2 litres of water every minute, with no water surfacing anywhere. Hidden leaks like this can put constant demand on your hot water system, preventing it from keeping up.
