Turbo head paint strip.Noses thoroughly cleaned and rinsed down.All breaks changed.Full repoint.Valleys clipped.Solar, antenna , st feed and patio masked off.1x standard Primecote sealer.2x heavy coats of high gloss roof membrane.

Previously painted exposed brick ! Yesterday we masked every square inch to be full proof from any unwanted overspray. Ultracover primer for bonding then spray finished in low sheen. Today we have masked off the finished brick work ready to finish ceilings. A lot of time when achieving a nice spray finish but this is the only way 🔥🔥🔥

Pre sale repaint recently. Take a look at the prep work that goes into the process before we add the finishing coats. Completely stain blocked and pre painted. All floors and furniture covered. This particular home we had the pleasure of resorting their metal roof also.

We are back for 2026 !! After what seemed like the quickest Xmas holiday break everrrrrrrrrr we kicked things off with a nice and colourful bathroom, powder room / toilet combo.

- Dulux 1step sealer to all bare plaster
- Dulux wash & wear DINOSAUR 🦖 ( bathroom )
- Dulux wash & wear POST BOY ( toilet )
- Dulux vivid white ceiling flat ( spray finished cornice )
- Down stairs bathroom ceiling defect was mesh taped , base coated twice and then 3 top coats feathered out and wide set then 3 coats of vivid white.
*All plaster was detailed and sanded prior to any paint and pre painted before final coats.
*Vacuumed on completion and all surfaces wiped down. 
*Paint supplied by builder.

The final roof and job for 2025 and we saved the hardest till last! Lucky me 😆.. this roof was in terrible condition once we started with over 100 broken tiles. And at $8-$10 per tile you can do the math. The majority of these were on the northern side of the home where solar had previously been installed and a new fly over patio. The monier continental widely known for the worst tile to restore and paint haha. Also very rare around the grounds.

* Licensed electrician to remove solar.
* All broken tiles changed and grouped at the back of the home.
* All downpipes disconnected with socks added for run off.
* 2 day Full turbo head paint strip of the old coating.
* Repoint all ridge caps.
* Valleys clipped.
* Mask off underside of insulated patio.
* 1x coat of globalcote standard primecote ( pre painted / stripped tile )
* 2x coats of globalcote high gloss roof membrane heat reflective coating.

Monster lowset resto recently completed with 160+ barge caps 😬!! Over the 2 days alone painting this we clocked up close to 25k steps 🥲….. Works carried out :

• Valley cuts removed and old storm seal removed.
• Supply and install 38m of new storm seal.
• Change all breaks.
• Full pressure clean and rinse down.
• Clip valleys.
• Full flexi repoint.
• Mask off where necessary.
• 1x coat of standard primecote.
• 2x coats of high gloss roof membrane ( heat reflective coating )
