This role is suited to someone who brings strong residential building and project management experience, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about quality, detail, and delivery.

You’ll be managing custom home projects, coordinating trades, driving programmes, and contributing to systems and processes as we continue to grow.

• Detail-driven with high standards
• Passionate about delivering exceptional homes

Residential experience is essential. Trade background is a bonus.

With a strong pipeline of work ahead for the next 18 months, we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is motivated and driven, with clear goals for the future
• Has a genuine interest in building, not just carpentry
• Understands and respects systems, processes and work health and safety requirements
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Works well within a team and contributes positively to site culture
• Is able to receive and respond well to feedback, and can also mentor and guide apprentices through their development

This role suits someone who understands the moving parts of residential construction and wants to build their reputation within a professional and supportive environment.
