Project Completion | Investa | Level 3, 10 The Bond
We’re pleased to share the completion of our recent project at Level 3, 10 The Bond, delivered in partnership with Investa and TSA Management.
The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing speculative suite, alongside lift lobby, amenity and DDA bathroom upgrades to the common areas. The works were designed to enhance functionality, flexibility and overall tenant experience while integrating seamlessly with the existing building environment.
Within the tenancy, the existing kitchen and breakout areas were reimagined to create a more open and connected workplace, complemented by a revised meeting room configuration better suited to a range of occupier needs. Existing workstations and ancillary furniture were retained and thoughtfully integrated into the updated layout, supporting a more sustainable project outcome.
The common area upgrades included the delivery of a new BCA-compliant DDA bathroom, full male and female amenity refurbishments and lift lobby enhancements, aligning with the broader design language implemented throughout the building.
