We have available some beautiful Microgreen punnets .. sunflower, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Salad Mix
40 times the nutritional value as regular veggies. Can be available at Tony’s shed in Chapman St Prossy or I can deliver to Airlie / Cannonvale Monday afternoon.

These are NOT sprouts as you can buy at the supermarket.. these are a superfood !! Not available in shops here.

Lots of fresh micro-greens. Fresh juices with shots of greens, fresh tomatoes 🍅 and lettuce packs. Fresh chillies 🌶. Homemade Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce & homemade Green Tomato Chutney (only a few bottles of each so be quick)

Big thanks to everyone who popped over to see us today. We’ve had some great feedback and love to know what you think of Whitsundays brand new Micro Green supplies grown right here.

Sooooo excited for markets tomorrow!! Old St Caths school from 8am to 12.
We have the most amazingly fresh produce grown by us.
Today we harvested, picked, packed, juiced, bottled and dehydrated.
We have also added Homemade Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and dehydrated limes and grapefruit slices for your drinks and charcuterie boards.

Tonight purely as a Market Research experiment, we used a punnet of microgreens we harvested last Friday to see how they faired after a week in the fridge. AMAZING!! The crunch and taste are second to none. When you buy direct from a local farmer you are at least 2 days ahead of the rest !!
