Managed to fit in another quick repair for a commercial kitchen before Christmas.
This was another good example of why this is a licenced trade.
This customer had complaints of a very "rusty" appliance which happened to be excessive carbon build up.
The appliance was only under a year old and had never been converted to the correct gas system since it was installed.

Big effort this weekend spent finishing off a stormwater project for Mini Skid Steer Services and chasing possums in roof spaces.
Also I got to try out my new Milwaukee Tool 12v stick pump.
Geez what a slick piece of equipment, good for clearing out ground water and finding leaks.
