150m² Ceiling Insulation Installation | Mullumbimby 🏠

We recently completed the installation of approximately 150m² of ceiling insulation to this property in Mullumbimby.

The existing insulation had deteriorated and become displaced over time, leaving areas of the ceiling with poor or inconsistent coverage.

Our team worked through the roof space to prepare the area and install new insulation throughout the accessible ceiling space, improving the home’s overall thermal performance.

Another grounds maintenance job completed by the United Property Care team in Bogangar.

Our crew attended to remove berry/seed pods from several established palms around the property, helping reduce falling debris and keep the surrounding areas safe and tidy.

With overhead maintenance, safety is always a priority. The team worked together to manage the work area and safely remove the pods using appropriate pole equipment from ground level.

Our team was engaged by Carers NSW to complete a full garden clean-up for a client who was no longer able to maintain the property themselves.

The gardens had become heavily overgrown and required a substantial clean-up to bring the outdoor areas back under control.

Works included extensive vegetation removal, pruning and cutting back overgrown areas, clearing garden beds and pathways, lawn and edge maintenance, green waste removal and a general tidy-up across the property.

The result was a much cleaner, safer and more manageable outdoor space for the client.

We recently completed this pre-sale garden makeover in Pottsville on behalf of Coastal Property Collective, helping prepare the property for professional photography and upcoming inspections.

Our scope of works included:

✔️ Cutting back and reshaping established ginger into two defined feature clumps
✔️ Trimming plants along the front boundary back to the garden edge
✔️ Shaping the front hedge
✔️ Supplying and installing fresh pine bark mulch throughout the garden beds
✔️ Supplying and laying new Buffalo turf to damaged lawn areas
✔️ Treating broadleaf weeds within the lawn (with tenant approval)
✔️ Removing and disposing of all green waste

🚧 Fast Turnaround Pothole Repairs – Tweed Heads, NSW 🚧

When safety can’t wait, neither do we.

Last Thursday afternoon, United Property Care was contacted by Randall Group, acting on behalf of Transport for NSW (Maritime), to carry out urgent pothole repairs at a Tweed Heads site.

With a tight timeframe and public safety a priority, our team attended the very next day to complete the repairs. The damaged asphalt was removed, the area cleaned and prepared, quality cold mix asphalt installed, compacted, and the site left safe and ready for use.

This project is a great example of the responsive maintenance services we provide to facilities management companies, government agencies and commercial clients throughout Northern NSW and South East Queensland.

An interesting part of this job is how it came about. Randall Group found us through one of our previous pothole repair posts on Instagram. It just goes to show the value of sharing the work we do and the importance of building trust through real projects.

We’d like to thank Randall Group for the opportunity and look forward to supporting them on future maintenance works.

Government Property Clearance

We recently completed a large-scale property clearance on behalf of Carers NSW, operating under the Carer Gateway program.

As with many of the organisations we work with, there were no staff on site. Our team acted as their eyes and ears, assessing the property’s condition, documenting the work required, and carrying out the clearance safely and efficiently.

This project involved removing multiple trailer loads of accumulated household waste and debris from throughout the property to restore safe access and improve the condition of the site.

Whether we’re working for government agencies, community organisations, aged care providers or facility managers, we understand that communication is just as important as the physical work.
