The very first home built in our very own Bella View Estate, The Bridgewater Display Home has welcomed so many through its doors since Christmas and it has now been sold to its new owners, who will soon be making it their Forever Home.

Jenny personally selected the interiors and furnishings, drawing on her many years in the industry and her natural flair for home styling. Soft textures, warm timber tones and layered finishes create a sense of comfort the moment you walk in, a home that feels lived in and loved from day one.

Built for a young couple ready to create their forever family home, this custom design was brought to life through close collaboration from the inside out.

With a clear vision and distinct personal style, our clients worked one-on-one with us to design a home that feels modern yet instantly welcoming the moment you step through the door.

The façade makes a statement, with its striking gable and thoughtful mix of cladding and blockwork, creating texture, depth and street appeal that stands out while still feeling timeless.

Inside, warm Blackbutt timber floors, soft neutral finishes and practical family spaces shine — including a dedicated mudroom for dog leads, jackets and school bags. Across the back of the home, a generous decked alfresco creates the perfect space for entertaining and everyday living.

This home was built for a couple who knew Portland was where they wanted to build their forever home, close to the coast and the lifestyle they love.

Our client is a keen fisherman, part of the design brief was to incorporate a garage suitable for either a boat or caravan, making it easy to enjoy everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer.
Inside, the Hamptons feel continues with shaker-style cabinetry, feature VJ paneled walls and light oak-look flooring.

This home is a beautiful example of how we can tailor your design to suit both practicality and personal style without compromise.

Designed to capture ocean views to the south and sunlight from the north, this home features a saw-tooth roof with highlight windows filling the living area with natural light.

Custom shiplap feature walls, crafted from the client's personal timber collection, creates a modern reinterpretation of the classic timber lining.
