Another outdoor area coming together nicely 👌🌱

We recently completed the turf installation throughout the front, side and rear areas of this property, then finished everything off with a full pressure wash of the concrete areas and exterior of the house to get the whole place looking clean and fresh.

The finished result looks unreal alongside the existing retaining walls and concrete, and it’s a great example of how the right combination of landscaping, retaining walls, concrete, fresh lawn and exterior cleaning can completely transform a property.

Another part of the same property project 👌

Along with the large fencing job we shared, we’ve also been working around this water tank setup, installing timber retaining walls and supports to make better use of the sloping ground and keep everything secure, practical and tidy.

With the steep slope and the number of tanks involved, there was a fair bit more to this one than simply putting a few sleepers in the ground!

🏠 Two-storey tiny home raft slab complete!

From digging the first footing trenches through to the finished slab, this one has been a great little project to put together.

A raft slab for a two-storey tiny home, with all excavation, boxing, membrane, reinforcement and concrete works completed ready for the build to start going up. 💪

It might be a tiny home, but there’s certainly nothing tiny about the work that goes into getting the foundations right!

Pretty happy with how this one came up — and not a bad spot to build either! 👌🏡

🏠 Two-storey tiny home slab coming together!

A bit more progress on the raft slab for this two-storey tiny home we shared recently.

From the initial excavation and footing trenches, we’re now well into the preparation with the boxing, membrane and reinforcement going in ready for concrete. 💪

There’s a lot that gets buried underneath a finished slab, so it’s always good to show some of the work that goes into getting everything ready before pour day.

Not far away now — next stop, concrete! 👌

Getting started on a raft slab for a two-storey tiny home.

Footings are dug and the groundwork is taking shape, ready for the next stages of formwork, steel and concrete. 💪

A smaller footprint, but still plenty involved in getting the foundations right for a two-storey build.

A 34m³ shed slab that turned into an 18-hour pour, pushing well into the night to get it finished and looking the goods. 🌙💡

Big pours like this take plenty of planning, hard work and a solid crew to keep everything moving from the first truck to the final finish.

Another one in the ground and another quality slab ready for the next stage. 👌
