A woman was having a passionate affair with an inspector from a pest-control company. One afternoon they were carrying on in the bedroom together when her husband arrived home unexpectedly. Quick," said the woman to the lover, "into the closet!" and she pushed him in the closet, stark naked. The husband, however, became suspicious and after a search of the bedroom discovered the man in the closet. "Who are you?" he asked him. I'm an inspector from Bugs-B-Gone," said the exterminator. What are you doing in there?" the husband asked. I'm investigating a complaint about an infestation of moths," the man replied. And where are your clothes?" asked the husband. The man looked down at himself and said, "Those little Bastards!"

Interesting day today.
Customer told me.
1. The house was inspected before purchased just over a year ago.
2. The house was treated in December by a company we will not name.
3. The house was retreated 3 weeks ago because live termite activity was found.

I treated the house next door last week and advised said customer of a termite nest in pepper tree in their back yard.

Customer tried to contact other "not named" company multiple times with no response.. so called me to look at pepper tree.

I eradicated live termite nest in said pepper tree.
I then discussed the house with the home owner and said do you mind if I have a look at the damage?

The customer was happy for me to look at the house. As we both looked under the house the customer told me this is where I was to the termite access was... (WRONG)

I proceeded to show the customer where termite access was. See attached photos 2 3 & 4.

I then asked the customer to be witness to the live termite activity in the workings in above photos.

Needless to say the customer was rather upset as they had paid considerable money to have the termites treated at this property.

Termites can affect up to 1 in 3 homes in Australia and this customer is just one of the unlucky ones.
Fortunately at todd pest control we believe that the customers best interest is to have any termite infestation dealt with promptly and effectively.

No Worries.

So. With that. Jason Todd has successfully located the termite entry points and stopped this infestation causing any more damage. A complete termite management strategy has been put in place for this customer and they can now start to rebuild and move on from this horrible situation.
