WE’RE HIRING – ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Spencer Gulf Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, friendly and detail-focussed person to join our office team!

This is a full-time role (38-40 hours per week) where no two days are the same. You'll be a key part of keeping our business running smoothly by supporting both our office and field teams.

Your day could include:
- Job creation and scheduling support
- Data entry and invoice preparation
- Answering customer enquiries
- Record keeping and compliance management
- Ordering materials and supplier liaison
- General administration
