🚧 Ground broken. Stage 2 is officially underway.

We recently gathered with our client and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Stage 2 at Beverley Business Park, marking an exciting new chapter for a development we’re proud to be returning to.

After successfully delivering 12 business units in Stage 1, we’re now excited to be back on site delivering a further 15 units, each featuring amenities and office areas to give businesses the space and functionality they need to operate and grow.

It was fantastic to celebrate the milestone with a very happy client and an excited project team, and to see the vision for Stage 2 begin to take shape.

There’s already plenty happening on site:

• Stormwater detention tank installed
• Earthworks and subbase preparation complete
• Footings commencing shortly
• Structural steel and precast shop drawings progressing
• Roofing, glazing, mechanical and electrical procurement underway
• Fit-out packages currently out to tender

Stage 2 will help unlock further opportunities for businesses in the area, creating new spaces for businesses to establish, grow and contribute to the continued development of Beverley.

We’re excited to be back, excited for what’s ahead and ready to build the next chapter 🏗️

Metroll Ballarat is taking shape 🏗️

The team on site is continuing to make strong progress, with the project moving through some major construction milestones.

📍 20,000m² site
🏭 6,500m² warehouse
🏗️ 1,500m²+ of canopies
🏢 500m² office

With structural steel well underway, the office precast and steel now complete, and in-ground services nearing completion, the project is really starting to come together.

Next up? Concrete pours are set to commence next month.

A huge effort from the team so far. The momentum is building, and we’re excited to see this one continue to take shape.

Project Handover | Free Form Mornington 🎉

We recently came together with Gestalt Property and Watson Young to celebrate the successful handover of Free Form Mornington.

For Corplex, every project is about more than delivering a building. It's about partnering with our clients to create lasting value through quality construction, trusted relationships and developments that positively shape the communities they're built within.

Free Form is exactly that. 🏗️ Project Update | Stone Ambassador Epping

Construction is progressing strongly at our Stone Ambassador Epping project for client McMullin.

The team has achieved a number of key milestones, including the completion of underground services and precast panel installation, while structural works continue to advance across the site.

Current progress includes:

🔹 Structural steel works
🔹 Warehouse roof installation
🔹 Water connection works
🔹 Sprinkler rough-in across the warehouse area
🔹 Preparation for internal concrete pours
🔹 Light gauge steel framing installation

It’s great to see the building continue to come together, with every milestone bringing us closer to delivering another high-quality industrial facility.

Construction progress continues at Roomia South Morang for client Storage Investments Australia, with the project entering exciting stages as internal works and fit out activities progress.

Recent milestones include:

🔹 Main building roof fully installed
🔹 Stage 3 precast panel installation
🔹 Internal concrete pours underway
🔹 Storage unit fit out and door installation progressing
🔹 Water connection works
🔹 Timber flooring installation across Level 1 and Level 2 of Stage 3
🔹 Fire spray works to structural columns
