Another significant period of progress at our Metroll project in Ballarat 🏗️

Structural steel and precast works have now been completed, alongside the warehouse roofing and wall cladding, marking several major milestones for the project.

Canopy works are currently progressing, while preparations are underway on the subbase ahead of the first concrete pour.

As our third project with Metroll, it’s fantastic to see the development continuing to move forward and the new facility taking shape 👏

We’re excited to announce another new project for Corplex – a purpose-built facility for Lyka in Cranbourne West 🐾

Delivered in partnership with AuOro Developments, the new facility has been designed to support the continued growth of one of Australia’s leading fresh dog food brands.

Lyka creates fresh, vet-formulated meals using real ingredients, which are prepared and delivered directly to dogs across Australia. With temperature-controlled storage playing an important role in that model, the new facility will incorporate multi-temperature cold storage and advanced automation to support Lyka’s fulfilment and distribution operations.

It’s an exciting project that brings together specialised construction, technology and logistics to create a facility tailored to the way Lyka operates.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one come out of the ground and bringing these renders to life 🏗️

Another strong month of progress at Roomia South Morang 🏗️

The project is quickly moving towards its finished form, with internal storage units now 90% complete and the facade reaching 95% completion.

Across the external areas, works have progressed to 85%, canopies are taking shape and roller door installation is underway for the external storage units.

With the major structural works behind us, attention is now firmly on completing the fitout, external areas and final details that will bring the facility together.

Great progress from the project team as Roomia South Morang heads towards completion 👏

🚧 Stone Ambassador Australia's new home in Epping by McMullin Property is entering the home stretch! 🏗️

The project is progressing through its final stages, with major works complete and the finishing touches now underway 🔨

🏗️ Three gantry cranes have been installed throughout the warehouse to support the heavy-duty lifting and handling of inventory.

🏢 The office façade is now complete, with the internal fitout progressing.

🎨 All internal warehouse concrete pours have been finalised, and the final coat of painting is currently underway.

🚚 Outside, painting is progressing, with just one concrete pour remaining to finalise the loading dock area.

Every detail is coming together as we move closer to handover 👊🏽

We’re taking a final look at the details that bring this Mornington project together.

Delivered for Gestalt Property alongside Watson Young, Free Form comprises five buildings and 37 warehouse units across a 14,700m² site.

From the custom Brightonlite precast brick pattern and distinctive curved forms, through to timber-look aluminium battens, perforated mesh detailing and extensive heavy-duty roadways, every element has been considered with both functionality and presentation in mind ✨

The result is a high-quality commercial environment designed to support a diverse range of businesses and tenant requirements.

The Missens Project in Cranbourne West is now complete, and we’ve put together a video capturing the journey from the early stages of construction through to the finished development.
