Architecture. AO134 / Apartment in South Melbourne.

Feasibility study for a mixed used building in South Melbourne. The program was for a Ground floor commercial office and three residential apartments above.

Precast panels were proposed for the facade. The palette and proportions reminiscent of the qualities found in the surrounding heritage buildings.
The project didn’t go ahead, yet the ideas remain alive.
