A recent marine project where a vessel had been repowered with a new outboard, but the new setup created an issue with the existing binnacle position and throttle travel.

We designed a custom binnacle extension pod in CAD, creating the precise mounting angle required to reposition the binnacle and allow full throttle operation while maintaining a clean, practical installation.

The finished pod was 3D printed using ASA-CF โ€” a UV-stable, carbon-fibre reinforced material selected for its strength and suitability for an exposed marine environment.

Sometimes, the solution isnโ€™t an off-the-shelf part โ€” itโ€™s designing exactly what the application needs.

These Jamo CRB 90s were almost unsavable.

The original woofer mounting tabs had become extremely brittle with age and were breaking apart.

Rather than see a classic speaker get thrown away over a small, unobtainable part, we took measurements of the original, recreated it in CAD and 3D printed replacement mounting tabs to bring them back to life.
