What do you think of the new look? 👀

As we continue to produce more custom parts, laser-cut products, and 3D printed components, our original long-form logo wasn't always the best fit for every application.

A huge thanks to Toast Graphics for once again working his magic and transforming our rough concept into a clean, modern logo that stays true to the original design and everything it represents.

While the logo may have had a refresh, nothing else has changed.

Custom Storage Solutions Designed Around Your Equipment... 👌🏽

Our client, , needed a secure storage solution for their lighting lamp shades.
Due to their size and fragile nature, storing them on shelves created a risk of damage from falls, impacts, or items being stacked on top of them.

Using 3D scanning technology, we captured the exact geometry of the components and developed a purpose-built storage system tailored specifically to their equipment.

The result was a custom cam-lock mounting system that allows the lamp shades to be securely mounted to a wall, ceiling, or underneath shelving.
The components rotate into position and lock securely, keeping the equipment protected, organised, and ready for use.

This project is a great example of how 3D scanning, design, and advanced manufacturing can be combined to solve real-world business challenges with practical, efficient solutions.

We’ve just received a BSA A10 engine assembly along with an A65 cylinder head for a pretty unique engineering project.

Stage One is now complete: full metrology-grade 3D scanning of the lower engine case, engine barrel, A10 head, and A65 head.

Capturing this level of accurate data allows us to:

• Precisely align all components in a digital environment
• Identify geometry conflicts and required modifications
• Prepare for Stage Two – detailed reverse engineering and redesign

This groundwork is critical before we begin re-engineering the barrel, designing thicker walls for oversized pistons, adapting for the A65 head option, and planning the through-bolt conversion across the case, barrel, and head.

Fixing the flaw Nissan left behind. ⚙️

The factory 1980's Nissan Bluebird wiper-pivot housing has always been a weak point, with the thin mounting fl**ge prone to cracking.

With no replacement parts available for this model, we’ve engineered an upgraded replacement featuring a thicker, more robust fl**ge, a stronger captive-nut design, and we 3D-print the new housings in a nylon carbon-fibre composite for superior strength and long-term durability the original never had.

Classic motorcycle modification project.....

We just received a BSA A10 engine assembly with lower engine case, engine barrel, and cylinder head as well as a BSA A65 head for 3d scanning, alignment checking for required modifications, reverse engineering, and adaptive modifications.

The aim is to design a new engine barrel with thicker walls and oversized pistons that will be 3d metal printed in aluminium, machined, and sleeved while keeping the cooling fin outer shape the same and period correct.

Then, we are taking the cylinder head, engine barrel, and lower engine case to make the three items thru bolt from top to bottom. (Lower case changes / fabrication works are expected)

We also have to incorporate changes to the engine barrel for the addition of the A65 head giving the options of the standard A10 cylinder head or A65 cylinder head that has higher top pistons, bigger valving and twin carburetors.

This project is going to be a cool one 👌🏽
