Tight access. Difficult ground conditions. Complex existing structure.
That’s where screw piles come into their own.
This project was a unique on, installing piles between 7–9 metres deep in 1-metre sections inside an existing structure.
The ground conditions were water-saturated sand, which ruled out hand piling completely.
The only practical solution was screw piles installed in metre sections and that’s exactly what we delivered.

From concept to completion, we controlled the entire process and delivered a solution for the builder where others would have struggled.
At the time, piling inside an existing structure seemed nearly impossible, but we made it happen.
