• This project was all about creating a safe, reliable access for our client, with her elderly father moving in.

• We installed a stainless steel handrail to the front entry for a clean, low-maintenance solution, and built a custom timber handrail with swageless cable fittings to the rear stairs to match the existing area.

• Every detail was considered to make sure movement in and out of the home is stable, secure, and easy to use.

• Upgrades like this aren’t just cosmetic they make a real difference to everyday living.

💦 This pool filter room was already in place, but it was deteriorating and no longer weatherproof.
The ceiling was leaking, doors were not operational anymore and the internal framing needed attention.

One of those knock down rebuild kind of jobs were required to reinstate this structure properly because patching it would’ve only delayed the problem.

Now it’s:
✔️ Solid
✔️ Weatherproof
✔️ Secure
✔️ Clean finish that blends in with the surroundings

Our client wanted to section off part of their home to create a private Airbnb space — and we made it happen. 🏠

✔️ Landscaped a brand new side pathway with pavers for private access
✔️ Converted an old louvered window into a new external entry door
✔️ Project managed all trades to deliver a new kitchenette for future airbnb guests.

The result? A completely functional, private entry Airbnb setup — and one very happy client 🙌

With a bit of unwanted rain ☔️ we still managed to pour this small concrete slab.

Our client is installing a garden shed and wanted to make this area functional, so we got to work 👷🏽‍♂️

✔️ Cleared and excavated
✔️ Prepped and compacted the base
✔️ Formwork and reinforcement
✔️ Poured and finished with clean edge detailing

Now it’s a solid, level slab ready for the shed install and adds practical value to the property.

Our client’s glass balustrade looked great, but the handrail height wasn’t suitable for their young child, creating a safety concern.

I installed a new lower handrail, fully compliant with Australian Standards, making the stairs safer, more accessible, and still sleek in design.

Entryway Deck Transformation 🪚

This deck had serious hidden damage with rotted hardwood joists under the main entry point. We stripped it back, replaced the rotted joists with 90x45 H3 treated timber joists, then installed pre-stained 66x18 Merbau decking to completely elevate the entrance with a premium, durable finish.
