Should you choose a waterfall edge for your kitchen island? It’s a tricky decision, and it’s one you want to get right.

Every home has its own unique style and character. While waterfall edges are a popular trend, they aren’t the right choice for every space.

A waterfall island can create a sleek, luxurious, and timeless look—especially in modern homes. But in other homes, skipping the waterfall and opting for a traditional island edge can actually feel more timeless and better suit the overall design.

The key is making sure your kitchen complements the style of your home, rather than simply following the latest trend.

Would you choose a waterfall island or a standard island? Let us know in the comments!

Taj Mahal 600x1200 porcelain tiles that beautifully imitate the look of natural Taj Mahal stone. Our client was unsure whether to create a feature wall or tile the entire bathroom in the same tile, and we think they made the perfect choice.

Using the same tile throughout creates a seamless, timeless, and luxurious feel, making the space appear larger and more elegant. Sometimes, less really is more.

What do you think—would you tile the whole bathroom or choose a feature wall? Let us know in the comments! 👇
