🔨 JNC Building is taking a well-earned break ❤️

As a small, family-run business, Jake is the one out there on the tools every day, building, quoting and getting the jobs done. And behind the scenes, it’s me, Nicole, juggling the admin, every quote, every invoice, every message and every social media post — all while working full-time too.

So this little break has honestly come at a really good time for us. We’re looking forward to putting work aside for a couple of weeks, slowing down, spending some proper quality time together as a family and making some memories without constantly thinking about the next job, quote or invoice. ☀️❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for how busy JNC has been and for every client who has supported our little business along the way.

We’ll be back on board from Monday, 12th October, with Jake back on the tools and ready to get stuck into it again! 🔨

Until then… it’s time to rest, recharge and enjoy some family time. ❤️

🤯 Talk about a glow-up! 🤯

From "there's a bit of dirt out the back..." to "who's hosting the next BBQ?!" 🍖🍻

Just... WOWZA! 😍🔥

This massive timber deck has completely transformed the backyard, creating the ultimate outdoor entertaining space. And can we all take a moment to appreciate those stairs?! 👏 They don't just get you from A to B... they're practically rolling out the red carpet! 😂

It's hard to believe this is the same home. What was once an unused patch of yard is now the perfect spot for morning coffees, weekend BBQs, family get-togethers, or just sitting back with a cold drink and soaking up that view. 🌳☀️

Safe to say the lawn has lost a fair bit of real estate... but we reckon it was a fair trade! 😆

A huge thank you to our awesome clients for trusting us with their vision. We absolutely love bringing projects like this to life!

Thinking your backyard could use a little (or BIG) makeover? We'd love to help.

✨ Project Complete! ✨

A little while ago we shared the first stage of this renovation—the new entertaining deck. Now it's time to show you the finished project! 👏

For the final stage, we removed the original doors and opened up the home by installing these stunning timber bi-fold doors out to the new entertaining area.

The difference is incredible! The new opening has created a much larger, more open living space inside while providing a seamless connection to the outdoor entertaining area. It's amazing how one change can completely transform the way a home feels.

We love helping homeowners make the most of their space, and this project is a perfect example of that.

A huge thank you to our clients for trusting us with their home. We hope you enjoy making plenty of memories in your new indoor-outdoor living space! 🏡

If you're thinking about renovating, extending, or opening up your home, we'd love to help. Get in touch for a free quote!

⚠️ Warning: Backyard envy incoming ⚠️

PART 1 & 2 of this beauty 👌

Customer wanted more outdoor space… and honestly, who could blame them? So we gave this little patio a serious glow up and turned it into the ultimate hangout zone 😏🏡
✔️ Massive new deck
✔️ Roof extension to match
✔️ Future BBQ & b**r zone unlocked 🍻

This outdoor area has gone from “nice little patio” to “where every family event will now be held” 😂

And the best part? We’re only 2/3 of the way through this project 👀 Stay tuned for the final reveal!

Need more room for entertaining, relaxing or avoiding being stuck inside? Send us a message 📩

Tired of the same old boring fence panels around your pool? 👀

Check out our latest job wrapped up in Plainland just before the Christmas break 🎄 — a brand new poolside deck with a decorative fence that’s anything but boring.

This project gave the whole backyard a serious glow-up, turning the pool area into a proper summer hang-out zone. The deck adds warmth and style, while the decorative fence proves pool fencing can actually look good (yes, it’s possible 😉).

Safe to say the pool is now living its best life, the backyard’s had a major upgrade, and the neighbours might be feeling a little inspired… or jealous 😎.

Another great result, a happy client, and the perfect way to wrap up the year before Christmas.

Thinking about upgrading your pool area?
If you’re ready to ditch the boring panels and want something that looks great and lasts, get in touch with us to chat about your decking or fencing project. Bookings are filling fast — now’s the time to plan your upgrade!
