Expressions of Interests requested:

Key Civil is expanding and has been awarded a diverse portfolio of significant projects across Western Australia, including the construction of residential subdivisions, installation of local and remote drainage infrastructure, delivery of local and remote roadworks, construction of deep sewer reticulation in Margaret River, Construction of major water main infrastructure works in Jurien Bay, road and intersection modifications for a wheatbelt windfarm development, and extensive earthworks on a major Perth energy development. Many of these projects are starting in the near future.

We will be looking for talented people to join our team. If you’re a Civil Supervisor with earthworks and underground services experience, a detail driven operator, an experienced drainer/pipelayer, or a labourer keen to break into civil construction, we want to hear from you now.

☀️ March is Melanoma Awareness Month in Australia — and with the amount of sun we get, our skin definitely works overtime.

Australia has the highest rate of melanoma in the world, with 17,000 Aussies being diagnosed each year. When you think about how much time we spend outdoors, whether it’s at the beach, on the boat, playing sport, working outside, or just enjoying a good Aussie summer, it's not too surprising.

That’s why it’s so important to keep an eye on your skin. Take a few minutes to check for any new or changing moles or spots. If something looks a bit suspicious, it’s worth getting it checked.

And don’t forget the classic Aussie sun safety routine:
Slip on protective clothing
Slop on SPF 50+ sunscreen

A throwback to October, and the completion of the Coles Dalyellup Shopping Centre.

This project was delivered for our valued Client, Perkins Builders, with Key Civil responsible for the civil construction works.

Our scope ranged from the initial bulk earthworks for the car park through to kerbing, asphalt, and line marking.

A big thank you also to Jetline Kerbing Contractors, Malatesta Group and West Oz Linemarking for their strong teamwork and support in getting this project across the line.

Thank you to Perkins Builders for the opportunity, and for sharing this impressive aerial view of the completed site.

Have you met Troy?👋

Troy’s one of our Forge Originals — keeper of KC22, part-time truck wrangler, and full-time lifesaver when we suddenly remember a truck needs to be at the shop by 8am… but it’s all good — Troy’s got it sorted.

He’s behind the wheel of our float, making sure all our heavy gear gets from point A to point B in one piece, and carting sand and gravel in and out… and in and out… often all on the same day.

Troy might be as quiet as a church mouse… but he's out there every day getting the job done 💪
