Opened up the space between the living area and kitchen by removing the upper section of an internal wall, creating a more functional and modern layout.

Also removed the existing brickwork, door, and window outside to allow for the installation of a stacker sliding door, significantly improving natural light throughout the space.

Installed structural beams to both openings to ensure everything is fully supported and compliant.

Removed the old cracked sliding doors and converted the space into an extra room. Installed top windows to bring in plenty of natural light and completed the external cladding. Client will finish the internal plaster and paint.

Does this job look familiar ?

This deck commenced in August/September. Once the concreting and roofing were completed by another contractor - We got the go ahead to complete the remaining works, including finishing the stairs and installing horizontal cladding to close off the deck.

The result gives a clean finish that completes the space properly.

Recent Project 📍 Petrie

We turned an existing patio area into a fully functional laundry and bathroom space — this is what we got done:

- Framed new external walls between the existing steel posts
- Built internal walls for the laundry, toilet, and bathroom
- Removed the old windows and installed brand-new
- Added fresh external cladding to finish it off

Now it’s ready for the next stage, with other trades coming in to complete the plastering, tiling, electrical and final finishes.

📍 Currently at Wavell Heights

We’ve just completed the framing on an existing patio, featuring custom arches designed to complement the home’s existing style.
These arches have been sheeted with blue board and are now ready for rendering.
We’ve also installed soffit sheets and updated the existing pool fence with fine texture cladding, giving it a fresh, modern finish.

Over the past week, we’ve been busy building two new decks on a dual living property in Narangba.

The first one is now complete — a stunning Merbau deck featuring a breadloaf handrail and timber balustrade. To help keep costs down, the client will be finishing it off themselves by painting the balustrade and oiling the deck.

We will be wrapping up the second deck once the concrete section has been completed.
Keep an eye out in the coming weeks.

Eumundi Project – Home Refresh 🌾🏠

Just wrapped up a huge transformation in Eumundi !

- New hybrid flooring installed throughout for a fresh, modern feel
- Custom-fitted front door
- Created a built-in look for the oven with tailored cabinetry and VJ paneling
- Completed a full kitchen renovation using a Kaboodle kitchen, topped with sleek new benchtops

The client put in a great effort painting the walls themselves — the perfect finishing touch to this project.

Proud of how this one came together. Gave this rural gem a modern refresh while keeping its country charm

Currimundi - Update time!

The client wanted to give their holiday home a modern refresh — bringing in more natural light and creating a fresh, brighter feel throughout the space.

To achieve this, we covered the exposed brick in the main living area, and laid new hybrid flooring throughout (excluding the bathroom and laundry).
In the main bedroom, we have swapped out the wardrobe doors with new four-panel sliding doors, fitted with new shelving for extra storage and functionality.
