We’re growing again at Nu Coat and looking for the right people to join our team.

Our work ranges from premium residential transformations through to large commercial and civil projects, specialising in resin bound stone, epoxy & flake flooring, spray-on concrete and decorative resurfacing across Perth.

Specific experience in our systems is a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’re particularly interested in people with a trade or hands-on background and transferable skills ,decorative concreters, painters, landscapers, concreting labourers, flooring installers and similar.

What matters most is attitude, initiative, pride in your work and wanting to actually learn a specialised skill.

We put a lot into training our crew, so we’re looking for people who see this as a long term opportunity, not just something to fill a few weeks.

📍 Based in Joondalup, working across Perth
🚗 Driver’s licence essential
🏠 Residential + commercial + civil projects
✨ Full training in our specialised surface systems

We’ve got a great crew, a seriously busy schedule and some pretty exciting projects ahead.
