This month we celebrate our core value winners who in the month of September displayed the core value of having a Can-Do Approach. Please congratulate our amazing winners.
Rhiannon Barr
Rhiannon consistently demonstrates a Can Do Approach by tackling every task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. She's
never one to sit around waiting for work and is often one of the first to put her hand up for new challenges.
Whether it's a task assigned to her or something that simply needs doing, Rhiannon is always prepared to jump in, get her hands
dirty, and help the team get the job done. Her proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute have not gone unnoticed by her peers.
Brent Clough
Brent may be employed as a Loader Operator, but he consistently goes above and beyond his role.
As one of the first on site each day, he takes ownership of a wide range of tasks including fuelling equipment, maintaining pumps and generators, changing grease and AdBlue, unlocking and securing gates, managing truck movements, and controlling tip areas.
Brent is always willing to take on the extra "side quests" needed to keep the job running smoothly. More often than not, he acts
as a Leading Hand rather than just an operator, stepping up wherever support is needed. His proactive attitude, reliability, and
willingness to help, usually with a smile on his dial, make him a great example of MGC's Can Do Approach.
Will Krupljanin
Will consistently demonstrates a Can Do Approach by stepping in wherever he's needed.
Whether it's completing a container stocktake, jumping into the water cart, compacting, or pulling spears, he tackles every task without hesitation and gets the job done.
His positive attitude, versatility, and willingness to help the team make him a valuable asset on site.
Karen Jeans
Karen’s name is probably called out more than “Mum” in a busy shopping centre and she is always willing to help whoever is calling upon her!
No matter how busy she is, Karen never huffs or puffs or makes you feel like you’re asking too much. She just gets in, helpswhere she can and gets things sorted.
Karen is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work gets done and is completed to a high standard. She is reliable, positive and always happy to lend a hand.
Karen really does live our Can-Do Approach every day, and we’d be lost without her.
