Claire consistently demonstrates respect in the way she interacts with others, regardless of the situation or circumstances. She takes the time to understand other people’s priorities, viewpoints, opinions and ideas, and always approaches conversations with professionalism and consideration.
Claire is approachable, understanding and genuinely values the people she works with. She is a great person to work alongside and consistently contributes to a positive and respectful team environment.
It is always a delight working alongside Claire.
Brenton Smith
Brenton is hardworking, reliable and consistently shows up ready to contribute. He is always willing to help the team wherever needed and plays his part in making sure the job gets done.
Brenton demonstrates respect through the way he supports those around him, works alongside his teammates and can be relied upon to pull his weight. His positive attitude and willingness to help contribute to a strong and supportive team environment.
Callum Crosbie
Callum has been at the forefront of some particularly difficult sewer installation works, working tirelessly as our drainer through challenging wet ground conditions, setbacks and some pretty unpleasant conditions.
Despite this, Callum has consistently maintained a positive attitude and shown an incredible commitment to his team. He has worked in difficult trench conditions, often in water, mud and slop, without complaining, slowing down or expecting someone else to step in and take his place.
What has stood out most is the respect Callum shows for his teammates and the job at hand. He leads by example, stays focused on the end goal and is always willing to do his part to keep the team moving forward.
His selfless attitude, work ethic and the way he conducts himself when things get tough have earned the respect of those working alongside him and make him a very deserving nominee for the this award.
Dustin Armstrong
Over recent months, I have seen Dustin make a genuine effort to strengthen the way he engages with and supports his team. He has taken feedback on board and has been conscious of ensuring those around him feel heard, supported and valued.
Dustin treats his team with dignity and professionalism, listens to different viewpoints and works collaboratively with those around him. It has been great to see the effort he has made to build stronger relationships within his team and contribute to a positive and respectful working environment.
