Knocked out a couple of flake patio floors this week and they turned out unreal

Love doing these ones for the locals. One minute it’s a plain old patio, next minute it looks like a brand new outdoor area . Easy to clean, looks a million times better, and no more dusty concrete.

The results pretty much speak for themselves.

Another job wrapped up at the Goldfields St Ives – Leviathan site.

We’ve just completed the new tool store flooring, delivering a tough, durable finish built to handle the demands of a busy site. While we were there, the team also asked us to complete additional demarcation works around the surrounding areas.

Despite tight timing and weather constraints, we were able to get the extra works knocked over and delivered everything within the required timeframe.

Great result all round and another quality job completed for the Goldfields St Ives team.

Another quality project completed

We recently finished the flooring works at the Nitro Sibir processing facility. This project required a system that could handle extremely harsh conditions, so we installed a high-performance chemical-resistant coating and finished it with a Novolac top coat for additional long-term protection.

This job was also completed on a tight timeline due to production restrictions on site. Despite the limited working window, we were able to plan the works properly and deliver the project on time without compromising on quality.

The result is a durable, seamless floor designed to stand up to aggressive chemicals, heavy use, and demanding industrial conditions while still maintaining a clean, professional finish.

Proud to deliver another project where performance, reliability, and meeting deadlines were the priority.

Recently, we completed specialised flooring works for Norton Gold Fields.

This project required a flooring system capable of handling extreme conditions, particularly around the furnace area where high temperatures and heavy impact are constant factors.

For the furnace zone, we installed a PU Cement system — the only flooring solution suitable for withstanding the intense heat and impact exposure in this environment. Its thermal stability and durability make it ideal for critical processing areas like this.

The remaining sections were completed with a high-performance epoxy system, providing a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain finish across the rest of the room.

Another solid project wrapped up at Norton Goldfields – Paddington Operations

We recently completed flooring works in the Pentagon area and change rooms, starting with an epoxy screed and repairs before finishing with a durable HBE epoxy coating.

Built to handle heavy-use conditions and keep the area looking sharp and functional.
