A great way to start the day at Hascon.

Following prestart this morning, the team shared a cooked breakfast before taking part in our Men’s Health Day—an important initiative focused on raising awareness around physical and mental wellbeing.

We watched two powerful videos that highlighted the importance of checking in on yourself and your mates. The statistics were eye-opening and prompted plenty of reflection across the team.

It was a simple but meaningful reminder that health isn’t just about what you can see—and that starting the conversation is the first step toward building a stronger, more supportive culture.
