🌳We have been out in Roleystone

80m² outdoor gable patio with prows at each end. Eaves removed and box gutter installed.

Carpentry done by M. Jones Building Pty Ltd and the sheeting, gutters and flashing done by Adam from On Point Roof Plumbing.

Cladding still to be done to close off the outer leaf wall to the beam.
