🏗️ Project Update | Muse

A different view of Muse this time around! 👀⚡

From ground level right up to the rooftop, there's plenty happening across site as this impressive development continues to take shape.

Behind the scenes, our team is busy progressing the electrical works throughout the buildings, with cabling and rough-in well underway across the apartments and common areas.

It's not until you get inside a project of this scale that you really appreciate just how much work eventually disappears behind the walls and ceilings!

Great to see the progress being made by our team and all trades on site. We’re looking forward to watching this one continue to come together. 👏

💡 LED Vs Halogen💡

When it comes to lighting, LEDs have come a long way—and for most homes and businesses, they're the clear winner.

Compared to traditional halogen downlights, LEDs:
⚡ Use significantly less energy
💰 Cost less to run
🌱 Last much longer
❄️ Produce far less heat

That means lower power bills, fewer globe replacements, and a more energy-efficient space.

Whether you're upgrading a single room, renovating your home, or fitting out a commercial premises, switching to LED lighting is one of the simplest ways to improve both performance and efficiency.

Thinking about making the switch? We'd be happy to help you find the right lighting solution for your home or business.

🏗️ Project Update | Wangara Used Car Dealership

Another project taking shape!

Our team has been busy delivering the complete electrical installation for a new used car dealership in Wangara.

From underground conduits and site lighting through to the electrical installation within the new facility, it's been great to watch this one quickly progress from the ground up. ⚡

These are the kinds of projects we love—fast-paced, well coordinated and plenty of progress to see along the way.

We're looking forward to seeing it all come together and adding another quality project to the Paramount Power portfolio.

👷‍♂️⚡ The next generation of sparkies, hard at work!

Three Paramount Power apprentices, one slab and apparently plenty of work to keep them out of trouble. 😂

The young guns - Nic, Thomas and Gabe - have been hard at work at Muse, learning on the job and helping keep things moving.

Keep it up, lads! 💪

🏗️⚡ What goes into wiring an apartment building?

A lot more than you might think!

Long before the lights turn on and residents move in, there's an enormous amount of electrical work happening behind the walls, above the ceilings and throughout the building.

From kilometres of cabling and electrical distribution to apartment lighting and power, common areas, emergency systems, communications and more—every part of the installation requires careful planning and coordination.

Before handover, everything is tested, commissioned and checked—and our involvement can continue well after residents move in, working with strata and building management to provide ongoing electrical maintenance, inspections and periodic testing.

By the time you see the finished building, most of our work is hidden from view—but there's a whole lot happening behind those walls! 👷⚡

👀 Something exciting is happening on the South Perth foreshore...

We're thrilled to be kicking off works at Harper on Swan, another exciting project delivered in partnership with Edge Construction.

Set against the backdrop of the Swan River, this premium apartment development will feature a collection of two and three-bedroom residences, sub-penthouses and penthouses, along with resort-style amenities including a heated pool, cabanas and gymnasium.

Following the success of previous projects together, we're looking forward to seeing Harper on Swan come to life over the coming months.

As works get underway, we'll be sure to provide you with some progress updates as it all starts to take shape.

That's how much electrical cable the Paramount Power team installed in just the first six months of 2026.

To put that into perspective...that's enough cable to stretch all the way from Perth to Alkimos! 🤯

Safe to say our team has been keeping busy!

Every metre represents the planning, precision and hard work of our electricians' delivering projects across WA.

Bring on the rest of 2026! 💪⚡

🏗️ Project Complete | Paris Grove, Australind 🏗️

Another project successfully delivered! 👏

Our team has recently completed the electrical works for the Paris Grove Accommodation Precinct, transforming 54 accommodation dongas into modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, complete with new kitchens, laundries and comfortable living spaces.

Not only was this a significant transformation, but thanks to the outstanding effort of the team, the electrical works were completed with impressive efficiency—a fantastic achievement on a regional project of this scale.

A huge congratulations to Luke, who did an outstanding job leading the project from start to finish, and Nic, whose commitment, teamwork and attention to detail helped drive the project forward. Together, they kept the project moving at an impressive pace and delivered an exceptional result.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved. We're incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to seeing the upgraded accommodation put to good use.
