Averna Homes Designing and building bespoke homes in Perth Western Australia that celebrate architecture, craftsmanship and lifestyle.

Every home is uniquely designed, meticulously crafted and built to last. Guided by the company’s owner and managing director, Paul Serra, the key to success has to always maintain the “Point of Difference” of a residence designed and built by Averna Homes. Put simply, this difference is to ensure the essential components that make up a quality builder – innovative design, superior workmanship and excellence in customer service – are evident in all aspects of the Company’s approach to building homes.
