WA’s brick shortage is making headlines. So, what does that mean for modular?

MIRA homes don’t rely on traditional double-brick construction methodology.

Instead, we prefabricate our homes using precision-engineered steel frames, manufactured off-site in our controlled Perth-based facilities. Then, we separate the home into modules and deliver them to your block - sometimes by crane as seen here 🤯

This way of building ensures greater control over the construction process, including:

• No reliance on brick supply, cost and bricklayer trade availability
• A controlled city-based manufacturing environment
• Site works happening at the same time as your home is being built
• Greater certainty around construction scheduling
• Delivery and installation planned well in advance
