Saffron Apartment is a $50M inner city residential high rise tower on Adelaide Terrace. It consists of 154 apartments, an under croft car park and 1,500m2 of commercial office space.

Neil Botica was the architect for the planning and layout of the multi-level basement, carparking layout and circulation, building service areas and stair and lift core.
