Originally focusing on residential construction the founders of the business, then named Minniti & Son Builders opened their doors in 1980, due to expansion of the company it was renamed Domination Homes in 2005 and has become synonymous with luxury, quality homes. As demand for their services in more diverse projects grew, the business varied it’s offerings into small commercial structures, including mixed use developments, apartments and multi-unit dwellings. Fast forward to present day and the demand for five key areas has led to a new brand catering to apartments, mixed use, multi-unit, rear strata and special projects such as office buildings. The birth of Zircon Living represents a focused approach to developments, leaving Domination Homes to concentrate on building luxury homes for homeowners.
