Tomorrow is the big day the PHASE3 and Van Ryt Industries team are cycling from O'Connor to the Busselton Jetty with the aim to raise awareness of mental health and encouraging people in the construction industry to check in with mates at the workplace. 🚲

PHASE3 were engaged by the City of Melville to undertake the construction of the new play space at Bob Gordon Reserve. The park is fully UFO and space themed with custom made play equipment throughout. The main attraction is the UFO structure which is inspired by the old Leach Highway Spaceship ‘Futuro House’. 👽 🛸

The playground is fully fenced and has various play elements such as flying foxes, swings, slides and water play as well as essentials like a toilet block, picnic shelters, BBQ’s, water fountains and lots of shade.

Golden Bay’s ‘Jacobs Ladder’ is officially opening this weekend with a ‘Run for Fun’ Community event on Sunday 27th November. 🏃🏃‍♀️
The ladder includes 135 steps and once you get to the top you can enjoy 360-degree views of the coast and surroundings.
Located on Elvina Vista you will not only find Golden Bay’s ladder but also the recently completed Treehouse Cove Playground.
The playground features the Treehouse play structure, nature-based play elements, sea saws and swings, a toddler play space, lots of open turf areas and picnic and BBQ facilities.
The perfect spot for a family day out this weekend now that the sun is shining. ☀️

The UFO has officially landed at Bob Gordon Reserve Premier Play Space 🛸👽
The playground is UFO and space themed and has custom made play
equipment throughout. There is also BBQ & picnic areas, toilet facilities
and shade sails are being installed soon.
Bob Gordon Reserve Premier Play Space will be open in time for
Summer for lots of family fun ☀️

PHASE3 were engaged by the Town of Bassendean to construct the Sandy Beach Nature Playground. The space has already become a massive hit since opening a few weeks ago.

The nature playground features a HUGE play tower and lots of other play elements for children of all ages. There is plenty of shade from the retained mature trees, with heaps of seating, BBQ areas, and toilet facilities, your family can spend the whole day there.

Located at Sandy Beach Reserve at the end of West Road, Bassendean, right on the Swan River with plenty of parking available.

Perfect spot for a family day out this weekend now the sun is shining! 🌿🌞🌳

OneOneFive Hamilton Hill by DevelopmentWA is a new residential estate located on the former Hamilton Senior High School site in the City of Cockburn.

PHASE3’s scope of works included the construction of two Public Open Space’s with toilet facilities, two Pocket Parks and the surrounding streetscapes.

The incredible design by Josh Byrne & Associates is heavily inspired by the local flora and fauna, utilises recycled materials and highlights the natural heritage of the site.
The wildlife habitat has been enhanced by the planting of local species, retention of mature trees and the installation of cockatoo hollows, nesting boxes and bird watering stations.

Can you believe it has been over a year since PHASE3 completed the construction of the Gingin Outdoor Activity Space for the Shire of Gingin?!

This space really has something for everyone! A large nature playground featuring the custom Gingin tower and lots of play elements to suit all ages, a skate park and mini scooter track, a bright sports surfaced basketball area, a picnic area with BBQ’s, toilet facilities and lots of large open turf areas making it the perfect spot for a family day trip.

Congratulations to the project team for their recognition at the recent Parks Leisure WA with a high commendation for play space award.

PHASE3 recently completed the construction of the new mixed use sporting facility at Rosalie Park for the City of Subiaco.

The works included mixed use hardcourts, cricket nets, a hit up wall, a ping pong table, surrounding landscape and irrigation.

The little community garden is coming along nicely with engagement from nearby residents and Rosalie Primary School kids. We would love to see more of these installed in our parks!

Thank you to everyone involved in the delivery of the reactivation of what was once an unused area with the park.

PHASE3 has recently completed Kara Stage 1 for LWP Group and as a testament to our quality delivery, have just commenced construction works for Stage 2.

How good does the finished result of Myella Stage 2 look?

Construction has started at Shoalwater Activity Node for the City of Rockingham – Local Government this week!
Watch this space 👀

Construction for the Shoalwater Reserve Activity Node is due to start today. There will be temporary fencing and signs placed around the area. We ask that you please do not access the fenced area, and please use the designated pathways for your own safety. The car park and toilet block will be not be accessible for the duration of the project.
